The ServiceDesk Plus mobile app provides a comprehensive solution for employees seeking assistance or services at any time and from any location. Integrating essential IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) functionalities with enterprise service management capabilities, this platform is designed to enhance operational efficiency.

Technicians, too, benefit from the app's robust features, allowing them to manage requests, approvals, and various tasks while on the go, covering areas such as IT, HR, legal, and finance service desks. Below are notable features available within the app:

Requests: Users can create, view, edit, and resolve requests while tracking ticket statuses, assigning technicians, and adding notes.
Tasks: Requests can be broken down into tasks for easier assignment and progress tracking.
Attachments: Allows users to include files and images for reference in requests.
Work logs: Users can record time spent on each request.
Solutions: Access to predefined solutions for common issues is readily available.
Assets: Assets can be added via barcode/QR code scanning, with detailed information accessible, including remote Windows machine connections.
Calendar integration: Users can visualize pending tickets as events in their mobile calendar applications.
Change approval: Members of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) can approve change requests efficiently through the app.
